History of the GAA in the North Tipperary Division
In conjunction with the Centenary of the North Tipperary Division of the G.A.A. the author wrote this elaborate history of the division.
The book attempted to present a picture of gaelic games in the area of North Tipperary from the foundation of the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1884 up to 1901.
An independent board, to run the affairs of the G.A.A. in the geographical area of North Tipperary, was formed in 1901.
The book is divided into twenty-one chapters, ten of which tells the actual history of the progress of games in the area.
The remaining eleven chapters cover such things as All the results, Club Profiles, Profiles of Players and Administrators, North Board Trophies, The Playing Venues of North Tipperary, Bord na nÓg Results, Scór Results, the Story of Handball, Primary School competitions, North Board Officers over the period and a Bibliograhy.
